What is the best airport to fly into for the wedding?
Both Salt Lake City International Airport (SLC) and Provo Municipal Airport (PVU) are great options—they’re each approximately 1 hour from the venue, and we’ll have shuttles running from both.
For our Arizona guests, there are convenient direct flights from Mesa–Phoenix (AZA) to Provo (PVU) via Allegiant Air.
Can I stay at the Timber Moose Lodge?
The lodge can accommodate up to 58 guests, including pull-out couches, but we’re keeping the sleeping arrangements cozy and limiting extra spaces. Priority has been given to immediate family, but please don’t hesitate to reach out—we’d love to check availability and see if we can find a spot for you.
Is there a hotel block available?
Yes! We’ve reserved a hotel block in Heber City, approximately 20 minutes away, with special rates for our guests. Booking details and the reservation link can be found on our accommodations page.
What are the check in and out times?
For the Lodge, check-in is 4 PM on May 30th and check-out is 11 AM on June 3rd.
The hotel check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at 11 AM.
Can I hang out at the lodge if I’m staying off-site?
Absolutely! Whether you’re staying at the lodge or nearby, we’d love for you to join us and enjoy the space. You can opt in to enjoy all meals, snacks, and beverages (including alcohol) at the lodge as well for a nominal fee.
Will there be shuttle service?
We will be providing a shuttle service from the airport to the Lodge and hotel for guests staying in Heber City on Saturday, May 30th and Wednesday, June 3rd. While we’ll do our best to accommodate additional shuttle rides between the hotel and lodge, this service is not guaranteed. You may also want to consider renting a car or using ride-share services.
Are kids or pets allowed at the wedding?
We love your little ones (both furry and human!), but our wedding will be an adults-only celebration, and unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate pets. We hope you understand, and we can’t wait to celebrate with you!
Is smoking allowed?
The lodge has a strict no smoking policy, and in general, smoking is not permitted on the premises. However, we did receive special permission for a one-time exception: celebratory cigars will be allowed on the night of the wedding only, in a designated outdoor area. We appreciate your cooperation in respecting the venue's rules outside of this special moment!
